Enter some stress relief, yay! Notice anything diffferent about todays comic? Rhysani is now going to do all the coloring for Adventures in AU, barring some sort of odd exception. You can see her first coloring job on today's comic, isn't it pretty!? And since no one else mentioned it, I love how she managed to make the new members look like little army recruits, terrified little army recruits. (^_^ Trunks, George, Tyler, Brett, and Andrew... Welcome to the club.) I still draw and ink, but with how time consuming coloring is, I'm glad she's taken it off my hands. Many thanks on that. Though her doing the coloring has nothing to do with the pointy-ear threat. Pick me up by my pointy ears indeed! Try it scaled one, you'll lose some of that hide. I've got too much on my plate right now. I'm currently involved in 4 webcomics, 5 if you count the one one we're working on as seperate from ADVinAU. Lesee, The Legend of the Four which I do all by myself twice a week, except due to recent events i've been slacking. (-_-;;) Twin Moons, a side comic to LotF that I need to finish. War Games, I did the html coding, and I need to finish the character designs and start doing one sketch for each update. Plus, this comic. On top of that, classes aren't exactly easy, Dad had a stroke a week before classes started, and my computer is acting fucked up. I'm slowly burning off my files so I can reformat the hard drive. -_-;; *sigh* Overall, I'm doing well to keep up right now. Yeah. I'm done now. Go 'way. Shoo! *Insert opening line* Hi! Well, I missed the rant for last week. You probably wouldn't have wanted to read what I had to say anyway. I didn't have a very good week. 'Nuff said. Anyway, I turned 21 this past Sunday! Yay for me! I spent the majority of my time back home this weekend. My friends took me out Saturday night and bought me a couple of drinks at midnight. Then we went to a local club. It was a lot of fun! :) Well, Tuesday night's meeting was interesting, to say the least. As you can see, insanity insued. Hope we didn't scare the new members too badly -_-, We'll see whether or not they'll come back next week. Hope so!!!! Aside from club and many random trips to Wal-Mart at all hours of the night [ph33r R sl-l0pp1ng kar7 yoshi-ness], everything was pretty mellow. I also got to go back to Akkido (I can't spell!) finally, which was a real treat! Anyway, I'm out! And thanks Rhys-chan for the closing line!!!! Ayya! The pointy-ear threat worked! I am now officially the colourist for the comic... contribution! Let me tell you, this one was fun. 4 hours and a cramped hand later-- yeah. :) As I'm sure has been guessed, Anime is interesting and last Tuesday was even more so than most. The poor newbies. Just to note, the "doinking" is actually something similar to flicking someone with your thumb and forefinger. I note this because it was MY boyfriend getting doinked. Yeah, clarification was needed. Also note that Chris, Beau and Ashley practice Aikido, a Japanese martial art form, thus the mats and the pun of "Matt". Okies, I'm done ruining the comic by explaining it! Theatre class story time... Trust excersizes can be fun. Or they can be embarrassing. Or they can be both. Tuesday I got to be blindfolded and led all over campus by a fellow theatre student then got to return the favor. Oh boy. Go up stairs, go down stairs, go up stairs, go down stairs... oh, wait, there's a dropoff there... Still, all in all, twas lots of fun. I'm looking forward to class tomorrow. What else is going on.. hmm... CST (Church of Spiral Tree, the local Pagan church-- www.spiraltree.org) has me doing their newsletter. Yes, it's another thing to add to my plate but I really enjoy these sorts of things. I'm quite happy about this. :D Now, to food, to laundry, to homework, to bed.
