Something As Cloddish As Truth

So i'm a little behind on comics.... Okay. A lot behind. We haven't updated since Febuary began. A lot has happened with me since then, including finally getting a bit of a backbone about my emotions. Dunno what'll happen with that for sure, but at least I finally managed to do something about it.

Busy busy though. I've got a Tuesday Thursday math course I'm about to drop, so hopefully things will get easier. We're trying to get back on track. ADVinAU is now up to date, so enjoy. Melissa even did her own issue with her and Chris/Kyndig. ^_^ Many thanks for the aid 'Lissa-chan. Ashley has started the cover for Level 2 of Six Lefts, and we have the next page of Level 1 scripted. One more page to script, then an omake, and on to Level 2.

Just a couple of thoughts on war and fighting:
"Oh yes, I love the concept of the draft. Because the best possible way to get soldiers is to take our children, our brothers, our fathers, our cousins... Forcibly take them from all they hold dear and all who hold them dear, and stick them in as pawns for a fight between a few cold-blooded, money-grubbing, political bastards. Because if they don't want to fight, that's the best possible thing for morale, and hey, cannon fodder can be an effective war strategy." - Becky Shropshire
"Wars take many lives away. Humans never forget the grief, but they also never stop the fighting. Streams of blood and tears are only an ornament for their destructive ritual." - Duo Maxwell, Gundam Wing
"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster... when you gaze too long into the abyss, the abyss also gazes back." - Friedrich Nietzsche
"When two tigers fight, one is surely to get maimed, and the other to die."-Gichin Funakoshi (Father of Modern Karate)

Ummm....

As for the pic, well....yeah. And that's all I going to say about that. Anyway, bout time we update, ne? It's HAS been a while. Make sure you check the back logged comics, too. :)

As for me, I've been REALLY busy. I have EVERYTHING to do and NO time to do it in! Grad school is really killing me. Hopefully, I'll be able to make it out with as little damage as possible, though -_-, That's about all that's been going on lately for me, anyway. No real life anymore. Hope you enjoy the comics! :)

Eeeeeviiilll

Sunlight is horrible. It does bad things to our bodies, is caused by a form of nuclear reaction, and, frankly, it's too damn bright!! Why, why, WHY can't I be nocturnal?

6 Lefts is coming along. What with all the work in theatre/classes/etc, meeting to discuss has been rare. We'll have the next pages up soon... promise!

Been working my wings off in theatre... happily so. It means my apartment is beyond a mess (read: bring in condemning crew) but the run ends March 1. I just hope it doesn't take a small army to clean it up though.

Speaking of army (and all things military), I do not know about anyone else, but I've been getting worried about the escalation of this lovely little war we're in. I am FIRMLY against the draft (it's that whole independance and free-will thing) so all the news I've been hearing in that direction sincerly disturbs me. This entire buisness gives me a bad feeling. Here's hoping for sanity in the higher-ups.

On a lighter note, Ly-chan, Glit-chan, and I actually caught ourselves enjoying a Taiwan soap-opera today... Oooooo, live bishies. :)
